ONE Training

Our ONE Training protocols

Step 1: Warm Up

  • Always perform a warm up session before starting your ONE training. This will allow you to get the most out of your training and prevent injuries.

Step 2: Release Training

  • Before you train speed and power, you need to get a feel for ONE and understand your elastic resistance levels. Please follow the quick start guide as well as the configuration chart as guideline when setting up ONE.

Step 3: Speed and Power Training

  • Please perform the Speed & Power Training Protocol 3 days per week with 1 full rest day between sessions. Skipping protocols will will limit how much distance you gain. Like most things in life and golf sticking to the plan is key.
